The RTR6371 is a three-phase controller for use with N-channel external power MOSFETs and. One logic level input is provided for each of the six power MOSFETs in the 3-phase bridge, allowing motors to be driven with any commutation scheme defined by an external controller. The power MOSFETs are protected from cross-conduction by integrated crossover control.

The BDR6133 is 1 Full-On Drive H-Bridge channel with two different packages. The driver features wide range operating from 2V to 24 Vand low power consumption by fast switching speed.

The RE3149 is a 150KHz fixed frequency PWM buck (step-down) DC/DC converter, capable of driving a 2.5A load with high efficiency, low ripple and
excellent line and load regulation. Requiring a minimum number of external components, the regulator is simple to use and include internal frequency compensation and a fixed-frequency oscillator.

RT4213 series IC is a 3/4/5 lithium ion/lithium polymer battery protection IC. It can detect and protect the overcharge, overdischarge, discharge overcurrent, short circuit overcurrent and charging overcurrent status of 3, 4 and 5 batteries. Built-in voltage detector, short circuit detector, reference voltage source, oscillator, counter, delay circuit, logic circuit and so on. Through cascade function, multiple cascades can be used in more than 5 protection
applications. Signal output terminal form: COUT pin is P channel drain open circuit output, DOUT pin is CMOS output.
